Founded in 2011, Arch & Pave is a London-based specialist construction firm combining ancient stonemasonry traditions with cutting-edge structural engineering. We serve private estates, heritage institutions, and civic authorities across the UK and Europe.
Our master craftsmen are trained in classical European stonemasonry — apprenticed through guild systems in Italy, France and Scotland — and supported by structural engineers with expertise in finite element analysis and seismic reinforcement.

Every commission follows our rigorous six-stage methodology — ensuring structural perfection and aesthetic excellence at every step.
Site Survey & Consultation
Our architects visit the site, assess soil conditions, existing structures, load requirements and client vision before any design work begins.
3D Parametric Modeling
Using advanced CAD and BIM software, we build full 3D models of the arch or paving system — visualising every stone, joint and keystone vector.
Structural Engineering Review
Finite element analysis confirms load paths, compression forces and foundation requirements. Seismic and frost uplift calculations are completed before approval.
Stone Sourcing & Selection
We source from premier quarries in Carrara, Aberdeen, Tivoli and the Deccan. Each stone is hand-selected and graded for colour consistency and structural integrity.
Master Fabrication & Dressing
Stones are precision-cut in our workshop using CNC diamond saws and finished by hand — each voussoir dressed to within 0.5mm tolerance.
Installation & Commissioning
Our master masons oversee every phase of on-site installation. Upon completion, a full structural integrity report and maintenance schedule is issued.
